These terms govern your use of the Urban Gym Ltd website, member portal, and mobile app — including memberships, tours, inductions, day passes, personal training, classes, payments, and access services provided through them.

By creating an account, booking a service, purchasing a pass, or otherwise using the portal, you agree to these terms together with the Urban Gym Ltd privacy notice.

These terms are between you and Urban Gym Ltd, company number 16001182 registered in England and Wales, registered office 22 Towcester Road, Old Stratford, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK19 6AQ.

Membership applications submitted through this portal must be completed with accurate, current, and complete information.

Membership access, pricing, inclusions, billing dates, and cancellation rules are set by the selected membership plan and any linked payment mandate or contract summary shown during checkout.

Urban Gym Ltd may pause, reject, or cancel an application where payment setup is not completed, required details are missing, or use of the portal appears fraudulent or abusive.

Day passes are valid only for the pass type, location, and access window selected at purchase.

A day pass does not create an ongoing membership and does not include benefits outside the pass purchased unless explicitly stated on the checkout page.

Urban Gym Ltd may refuse or revoke a pass where payment is not successfully completed, a charge is reversed, or access is being used in breach of gym rules.

Tours may be booked by prospects or members. Inductions are available only to eligible active members.

Bookings are subject to staff availability, qualification, required skills, minimum notice periods, and any cancellation or rescheduling rules shown at the point of booking.

Urban Gym Ltd may reschedule, reassign, or cancel bookings where operational requirements, staffing, safety, or facility issues make this necessary.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out using your account.

Member access to booking, training, passes, or facility entry can depend on membership status, payment status, access entitlement, and the terms of the relevant plan.

Urban Gym Ltd may suspend or restrict portal access where misuse, repeated failed payments, charge disputes, or breaches of gym rules are identified.

Door access, QR codes, digital credentials, visitor passes, and entry permissions remain the property and control of Urban Gym Ltd and may be issued, changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time for operational or security reasons.

Access rights can vary by membership tier, pass type, facility area, time of day, or staff approval.

Sharing credentials, attempting unauthorized entry, or bypassing access controls may result in immediate suspension of access and cancellation of related services.

One-off card payments taken through this portal are processed through Stripe. Recurring membership payments and mandates may be processed through GoCardless or another approved direct debit provider selected by Urban Gym Ltd.

Refunds, charge reversals, failed payments, and disputes are handled according to the product purchased, the relevant payment provider rules, and any gym-specific membership or pass terms shown during checkout.

Where a payment fails, Urban Gym Ltd may withhold access, decline a booking, or pause services until the balance or mandate issue is resolved.

You must use the gym, portal, and any booked services safely, honestly, and in line with instructions from Urban Gym Ltd staff.

You should not attend a booked induction, tour, or gym visit where it would be unsafe for you or others to do so.

Urban Gym Ltd may refuse access or end services where behavior is unsafe, abusive, threatening, or seriously disruptive to staff, members, or other visitors.

Urban Gym Ltd may update this portal, its features, and these terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, commercial, or security changes.

Where a change materially affects active services or memberships managed through the portal, Urban Gym Ltd will aim to provide reasonable notice through the website, email, or member communications.
